Everything is perfect
Imagine you want a balloon. You take it out of its packaging, soft, limp, and waiting to be filled. You stretch it gently, then begin to blow air into it. As it expands, you pause to check: Hmm, not yet. You inflate it a little more. Yes, now it’s just right. You tie the knot and admire it; yes perfect!
We usually see the final form of the balloon as perfect. But if we removed even one moment from its creation, the first breath of air, the slight stretch, the adjustment, the balloon wouldn’t exist as it does now. Every stage of its journey, from flimsy to full, was necessary.
This is a metaphor for life. Even the moments we label as "imperfect" were essential in shaping who we are today. If we erased a single experience, also the painful ones, our current existence would unravel.
So when we judge parts of our lives as "not okay," we’re out of alignment with reality. Every moment is perfect, because if it weren’t, it wouldn’t have happened.
But what about suffering?
I know what you might be thinking: Are you saying even trauma is perfect?
Yes, but not in the way we typically understand it. Suffering arises from our limited perspective, where we’re fully identified with our physical and emotional experience. But when we expand our awareness, connecting with our Higher Self and Spirit Guides, we see the bigger picture.
A client’s story: The hidden purpose
One of my clients carried a lifelong feeling of being suppressed, as if something were holding him down. He wanted it gone.
During a guided Out-of-Body Experience (OBE), I helped him connect with his Higher Self and Spirit Guides. One guide revealed the source of his suppression: "When you were seven, you were taken from the playground at school. You remember it as ‘nothing bad,’ but something did happen."
We revisited that moment safely, and he saw the truth: he had been sexually abused. But what shocked him most? Three of his Spirit Guides were there, almost as if they had orchestrated the experience.
When he asked why, the guide explained:
"You didn’t want to be on Earth. Your will to leave was so strong, it could have ended your life prematurely, which wasn’t part of your soul’s plan. So we suppressed your willpower to keep you here."
The moment he understood the purpose behind this experience, the suppression lifted, and his life transformed instantly. The effect of realizing the bigger picture can be life-changing.

The soccer player who lost his arm
Another client lost control of his right arm at 18 due to a brain condition. His guide explained:
"You were on track to become a professional soccer player. If you had succeeded, you would have died on the field from a heart attack. That's why we intervened."
The illness that became a strength
A woman struggling with a chronic illness asked her guides, "Why this suffering?" Their answer stunned her:
"Your illness will give you a platform. You’re here to deliver a message about nature’s healing power, for humanity’s awakening."
Soul plans & the end of suffering
No suffering is permanent. Sometimes, during the guided OBE, we add an expiration date to the related part of the soul’s plan, a point where the lesson is complete.
In these journeys, we often check: Has the mission been accomplished? If so, the guides may declare, "From now on, life will feel different." And it does. People suddenly find joy, clarity, and a deeper connection to their path.
